Casting Call for "The New World" to be filmed in Jamestown

You learn alot about being an extra in a hollywood movie, and they're lot's of fun!

What they said:
""The New World" is an epic film version of the early clash between American Indians and the British, and will shoot from July through October in Jamestown and Williamsburg.

The Virginia Film Office calls the movie the biggest production ever to be filmed in Virginia.

It stars Irish actor Colin Farrell as Captain John Smith and Christopher Plummer as Captain Christopher Newport. The role of Pocahontas has not been cast.

The director is Terrence Malick, who also wrote the script.

The movie's time frame begins with Jamestown colony's formation in 1607 and ends with the death of Pocahontas in England more than a decade later."
